Brent A. Morgan

Brent Morgan returned to his hometown of Midland, Texas and started practicing law with his father, Tom Morgan, in 2005, after graduating from Texas Tech Law School. While practicing with his father, Brent sat first or second chair on many successful trials and appeals on a variety of criminal cases, including murder, sexual assault of a child, DWI and family violence. He also handled all manner of family law cases, including child support, child custody, and divorce matters. He additionally added on estate planning and probate matters to the firm. On January 1, 2017, he left his father's office to start his own firm with his wife, Piper Morgan. Since then, they have continued to thrive, practicing the same areas of law.
